The following day after processing is considered the first working day and delivery will take 3-5 working days. To facilitate a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask you to inform us if it's permissible for the driver to leave your parcel at your doorstep. Our drivers follow a strict protocol where they are not allowed to leave parcels unattended without explicit permission from the recipient.
